Sometimes I get into a rut. I know we all do.
How do you deal with yours? Do you get a new job, new pet, new friends, new hobby? Do you go on vacation, cut your hair, take more time for yourself, have a baby? I think I've tried every single one of those things from time to time.
I find myself at the crossroads again...

I've definitely tried all of those as well!! :) I think what works best is doing something for yourself. Like a massage or going to the salon - it gives you time to think about what's really going on and ways to figure out how to change things so "the rut" is no longer!
